No operator is acting in a personal capacity; all interactions are performed as part of a fictional role within the scope of the Services.
All calls are made to normal mobile numbers operated by Vodacom, MTN, Cell C or Telkom. Normal network call charges apply – there are no premium-rate numbers or automatic billing by your telephone service provider.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have sufficient airtime and for checking the applicable call rates with your network provider before dialling. Red Rooms accepts no responsibility for any airtime or call costs you incur.
When you dial the number and the call connects:
All calls are recorded (with the full knowledge and consent of the operator) for verification, dispute resolution, quality control and legal compliance purposes under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). This recording may be used as evidence of your consent and agreement to the charges.
After the service has been rendered, you will be required to call back to receive the banking details for payment. Banking details are never sent by SMS, WhatsApp or any other method in order to protect your confidentiality. Payment must be made promptly after the call. Once the service has been provided, the amount is due and payable immediately and is non-refundable, except where a proven technical failure on Red Rooms’ side prevented delivery of the service (as required by the Consumer Protection Act).
Red Rooms does not intentionally collect or store your personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to provide and secure the Services.
However, in the limited circumstances where a client fails to pay for Services that have already been rendered, Red Rooms may collect and process the following personal information solely for debt recovery purposes:
This information will be used exclusively to trace and contact the client (via telephone or SMS) to recover the outstanding amount. It may be shared with Red Rooms’ internal collections department or an authorised third-party debt collector.
Voice verification may be used. This involves conducting a trace and playing a voice recording of any individual identified in the trace (whether related to the client or not) to the client, in order to confirm whether the voice belongs to them.
Once the debt is paid in full and cleared, all personal information collected for this purpose will be permanently deleted in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act No. 4 of 2013.
No personal information is used for marketing, profiling or any other purpose. By agreeing to these Terms you expressly consent to the above processing for debt recovery only.
Due to the nature of adult telephone entertainment, all sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the narrow case of a proven technical failure on our side that prevented service delivery.
Red Rooms does not guarantee the availability of any specific operator, duration of engagement, or continuity of any particular interaction. The nature of the Services is variable and dependent on operator availability.
Failure to pay for Services that have been rendered constitutes a breach of these Terms and a legally enforceable debt.
Red Rooms reserves the right to take all reasonable steps to recover any outstanding amounts, including but not limited to direct contact, advanced tracing methods, and the use of internal or third-party debt collection services.
By using the Services, you expressly consent to being contacted for the purpose of debt recovery via telephone or SMS using the contact details associated with your call.
Any costs incurred in the recovery of outstanding amounts, including collection fees, tracing fees and legal costs on an attorney-and-client scale, may be added to the amount owed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Red Rooms reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary to recover unpaid amounts.

Any breach may result in immediate termination of access, reporting to the authorities, and full legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Red Rooms, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including (but not limited to) phone-bill charges, loss of profits, data, emotional distress or any claims related to operator conduct.
The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Red Rooms and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use/misuse of the Services.
All content, branding, logos, directory listings and materials on the Site are the property of Red Rooms or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view the Site for personal use only. No copying, downloading, reproduction or public use is permitted.
Red Rooms may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, governing law, etc.) shall continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa, specifically within the jurisdiction in which Red Rooms operates.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via prominent notice on the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Rooms.
Red Rooms maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of any content involving minors.
All images, photographs and visual representations of operators displayed on the Site are of individuals who were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created and uploaded.
Red Rooms has implemented internal verification procedures to ensure that all operators are legally adults prior to any content being published. This includes the collection and verification of valid identification documents in accordance with applicable South African laws and regulations.
Red Rooms retains records of age verification documentation in accordance with internal compliance policies and applicable legal requirements.
By publishing such content, Red Rooms affirms that it complies with all applicable legislation, including but not limited to the Films and Publications Act, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing adult content, media distribution, and the broader entertainment industry in South Africa.
